Your call recordings and customer details stay inside NeuCalla
NeuCalla customer data lives in the NeuCalla system. Websites and custom work are done by NeuTora Digital, the website side of the same business, which agrees separately what data and access a job needs. NeuEngage, NeuPresence and NeuVisibility keep their data in the NeuTora platform, in the same Australian region.
