Who this covers

This policy covers neutora.com — the public marketing site. It applies to anyone who visits the site, submits the contact or partner form, or uses cookie preferences. Customer accounts live at app.neutora.com and are covered by the product's own terms there. NeuTora ("we", "us"), ABN 71 139 650 764, is based in Sydney, Australia, and this policy is written to align with the Australian Privacy Act 1988. If you're contacting us from outside Australia, the same protections apply to you.

What we collect, and why

• Contact and partner forms. Name, email, company, phone if you ask us to call, your message, and — for partners — roughly how many clients you look after. If Cloudflare Turnstile is configured, we use it to reduce bots; then the enquiry is emailed to us via Resend. We use it only to reply, and where given, to call you back.
• Customer accounts. Login for the NeuTora product is at app.neutora.com, not on this marketing site. Account data (sign-in email, names, company, call and customer records) is processed there to run the product. This website does not host those accounts.
• IP address. Included in a rate-limit key for the contact form so it isn't abused. In production that key may be held in Upstash Redis; without Redis the limit is weaker because each server keeps its own count. It isn't linked to the other information listed above.
• Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand which pages get visited, using cookies, and only if you allow analytics in Cookie Preferences. You can change that any time from the footer.

Who we share it with

We don't sell or rent your information to anyone. Data passes through the third-party services above (Cloudflare when Turnstile is on, Resend, optional Google Analytics, and Upstash Redis when rate-limiting is configured) only as needed to run the site and respond to you, under their own respective privacy terms. Product data in NeuCalla and the other modules is handled inside the NeuTora app, not by this marketing site.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete it. Reach out through our contact page and we'll sort it out directly — no ticket queue.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes materially, we'll update the date at the top. Continuing to use the site after a change means you're okay with the update.
