The rules differ between states and territories, and some require the caller's consent. NeuCalla tells every caller the call may be recorded before it starts and lets them opt out by pressing a key, which covers most businesses. Recording is off until you switch it on, and you're responsible for your own situation, so get advice if you're unsure.
What happens after 60 minutes in a month?+
Your choice. Leave extra minutes on and each one past 60 is 50c a minute on the same bill. Switch them off and NeuCalla takes a message once the 60 are used, so the bill never surprises you. 60 minutes is roughly twenty to thirty answered calls.
Can I keep my existing number?+
Yes. Most people forward the calls they miss from their existing number, so customers keep ringing the number on the van. If you'd rather move the number across permanently, we can port it, which takes a couple of weeks and doesn't interrupt calls.
Does it answer after hours?+
It answers whenever you tell it to. Set your hours and it can book during them, take messages outside them, and treat emergencies differently from everything else. Special dates, like a week off, use a different script you set in advance.
What does it sound like?+
An Australian voice you choose from a list, with your business name and your way of speaking. Ring the demo number on this page and hear it.
What does it cost?+
It's part of the NeuTora plan: $249 a month, including GST, which also covers the other three Neu tools. Nothing extra to buy for the phone.
