Delete your data

How to remove NeuTora's access to your accounts, and have your data deleted.

1. Disconnect an account

In NeuTora at app.neutora.com, open the channel or connection (Facebook and Instagram, Google Business Profile, Google Ads, Search Console or Automatic Google setup) and choose Disconnect. We delete the stored access tokens straight away and ask the provider to revoke NeuTora's access.

You can also remove NeuTora's access from the provider's side:

  • Facebook: Settings and privacy, then Settings, then Business integrations (or Apps and websites). Find NeuTora and choose Remove.
  • Google: myaccount.google.com/permissions. Find NeuTora and choose Remove access.

2. Ask us to delete your data

Email hello@neutora.com with the subject "Data deletion request", from the email address you sign in with. Tell us whether you want:

  • the data we copied from Facebook and Instagram, from Google, or both, deleted while you keep using NeuTora; or
  • your whole account and your business's data deleted.

We confirm we've received it within 2 business days, check it's really you, and email you when the deletion is done.

What happens when you close your account

There is a 14-day period in which you can change your mind. After that we revoke every connected account and permanently delete your business's data, including everything copied from Google, Facebook and Instagram. Copies in our providers' routine backups are overwritten as those backups expire. Read more in our privacy policy.
